ROBLOX was the most-played PC game in September 2024
In September, the top 10 PC games by monthly active users (MAU) worldwide were ROBLOX, Minecraft, Fortnite, Counter-Strike 2 & GO, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II/III/Warzone 2.0, The Sims 4, League of Legends, Valorant, Grand Theft Auto V, and Overwatch 1 & 2.
The top three games stayed the same as last month, with ROBLOX retaining its top spot as the most popular game for desktop and laptop players.
Trending PC games and biggest movers in September 2024
The top games ranking on PC saw a few notable changes outside of the mostly static first ten positions.
- Cyberpunk 2077 moved up three spots to take #14.
- Diablo IV dropped three ranks to land at #15.
- BeamNG.drive rose five ranks to make it into the top 20 (at #20).
Top game publishers in September 2024
Electronic Arts (EA) and Blizzard Entertainment were the game publishers with the most games in the top 20 PC games ranking in September 2024, with three titles each making the list.
